Shopping With Friends...Priceless.

Hi All! I was beginning to think that I lost my mojo, but I'm pretty happy with this one. (Maybe later when I'm desperate for something to post, I'll post the card I made yesterday! lol) This is my first MFT (My Favorite Things, for those of you who don't know) card. They are really fun to color! I got this one and the bubble bath set right before I left for my trip, and I finally was able to play with it! I also like that they, like Papertrey sets, come with so many sentiments with them.

Well, I hope you're having a good Thursday! I've had a pretty relaxing day today. {My hubby even made dinner, and now there's a cake in the oven that he's baking! (wink)}
Fine Print...
MFT; Magnolia PP; CS - Rose Red, C. Chip, VV; Ink - Black Stazon, C. Chip; May Arts ribbon; Prima flowers; Pearl (from Ellen's store); Cuttlebug; Key Tag and Rectangle Punch; Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol, and Stumps

  1. Love the pp over the CB piece. So gorgeous. Don't ya love these fun stamps? I just got two MFT stamp sets and this is the only one I've used so far. I've made two cards, but haven't posted them yet. You'll be seeing them on my blog soon.

  2. I know what you mean about thinking that you have lost it --- not that you have, but I think everyone goes through what they feel are creative highs and lows. You just needed to get re-adjusted to being home --- I find that when I am away from stamping or scraping for awhile it takes me a while to get my grove going.

    Anyway --- super cute card. I don't have any of the MFT sets, but are on my wish list. I really like how you highlighted the sentiment --- softens it. :)

  3. This is such a happy card. I love these colors and textures that you used, I love the layout and the ribbon and I love the coloring. MFT is becoming a favorite of mine and I just got my first to sets today. Your card cought my eye right away. Great job!!!!

  4. ack.....sorry for all the typo's, but i'me really tired.

  5. This is gorgeous! I love the colors you picked and how you used the keytag punch for the sentiment.

  6. Love your coloring here and the CB background. Your paper looks so nice on this project!

  7. This is a simply beautiful card! If your mojo was gone, it came back with friends!

  8. OMW! You MFT sets are just beautiful. Your coloring and color choices are amazing (not surprising!) TFS

So what do you think?
