If the Shoe Fits...
Meet Imeldabella. Unlike me, she has an obsession with shoes. I generally wear Old Navy flip-flops and occasionally a pair of tennies myself, but I can understand the compulsion. It's just that ever since I gave birth, I can only afford one or two compulsions, and my crafty "habits" have long since taken the wheel.
This paper is from SEI, and was shared with me by a friend (thanks Mim!). The ribbon (Michaels and SU!) and tag (QuicKutz die) was used to make the card look like a package. The sentiment and shoe stamps are from SU!'s First in Fashion. I colored Imelda with my Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol, and stumps, and used my Tool Kit and Saffron Brads to finish off the main image. Card stock used was WW, Saffron, and Turquoise.
Now I'm off to, hopefully, get some stamping done before Naptime is OVER!

Another cute card! I like the velvet ribbon -- was it hard to tie? I have so much trouble with thick ribbon.
ReplyDeleteOff to put my kids to bed so I can stamp! :)

ReplyDeleteI'm a OLD NAVY flip flop kinda girl too!! Aren't they the best?! Cheap, many colors to chose from, and comfortable.
ReplyDeleteLove this card & ALL the rest.
Great job. I like how you made it look like a package with the ribbon. Love the colors and the velvet ribbon!
